He has provide excellent service and has shown outstanding professionalism our whole time at the hotel and has given us any additional accomodations we have needed. He is an amazing human!! I will return back to this hotel & Mallorca soon.

Great property, lots of amenities, nice staff, clean room, beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water, nice location convenient to Alcúdia shopping but still in a quieter area. Has a secure place to keep your luggage before and after checkout so you can continue to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is crisp and new - Leily at the front desk held dinner for us when we were late arriving, very helpful. We had the breakfast and dinner package, we were surprised by the quality of the food and variety. Everyday meals were excellent, way to go Chef. Excellent cleaning staff.

My stay at Convent de la Missió was unforgettable. Traveling solo, I wanted a relaxing base to enjoy Palma, and this boutique luxury hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel beautifully blends its historic convent setting with modern elegance, creating a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Palma’s old town. My room was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with excellent amenities and thoughtful attention to detail. The rooftop terrace and spa were highlights, offering the perfect places to unwind after exploring the city. What truly sets Convent de la Missió apart is its atmosphere: luxurious yet understated, refined yet completely focused on guest comfort. With outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and a superb location, it’s a hotel I would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca.
