They keep charging us extra without telling us they say that we didn’t have the reservation and they had us at 4 AM waiting for one hour or more and to said it was their mistake, TV was disconnected at least once a day, blankets were dirty every single day, all the doors at the hotel were closed because of the remodelatión, they charge us parking $20 every night in the elevators were not working so we have to walk outside like 10 minutes to get in our room

We spent our last two day of vacation here. It’s as great as it looks. Plenty of seating by the pool. Pool bar staff are efficient. The food we had was good. I really enjoyed the breakfast although some may have a legitimate arguments about the price and what you get. I was happy with my choices, but Some may expect more for $40. I took part in Yoga on the beach and it was enjoyable as were the hammocks under the palm trees I was particularly appreciative of their constant efforts to keep up with the cleaning of the Sargrasum grass.
