"The room was clean and comfortable, communication was good, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to Zurich Airport.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a shocking incident on the 6th floor. We witnessed a housekeeping supervisor (a woman in white clothing with black hair) yelling at and physically pushing a housekeeping employee. We travel frequently and have stayed in hotels around the world, but we have never seen such unacceptable behavior.
No employee should be treated this...
"We stayed for 1 night before heading to the airport the next morning. It was clean and comfortable. It was going under renovation in the lobby but looked to be done soon. The staff set up our taxi to the airport the next morning when we checked in. It’s 18 francs to get to the airport the driver showed up about 10 minutes before we asked for and immediately took us to the airport."
