Very spacious and clean.

The hotel in general is OK, but it all depends on the price. I paid $280 per night over a long weekend, and it was not worth that much. It is an old hotel, and you can see its age throughout the entire building—the rooms, doors, bathrooms, etc. Yes, they added a new 65-inch TV in the room to modernize it, but the ceiling fan from the '70s is still there. The parking situation is really bad. The parking lot is far from the building, there is no covered walkway, and I would say there isn't even a direct path to it. So, you better hope it doesn't rain when you need to get to your car. The day we were leaving, I went to get my car, and the car in front of me had some sort of problem getting out. The line started growing behind me, and at one point I counted 15 cars. We ended up waiting a total of 15 minutes for the gate to open. So, again, the hotel is not bad, but for the same money, I would try another option.

Bring cash for vending machines. Make sure you find parking early because it fills up quick and you might need to park farther away.

We only stopped one night so didn’t get to test the full amenities however what we did experience was great. We loved how close we were to universal. It was only a 5 minute walk or 30 second boat ride.

Very nice hotel with an easy walk to the convention center. Restaurants were all very good. Pool area is great.
