Hello, I’m writing to raise a serious concern about my recent stay. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, my room was not cleaned on the 25th, 26th, or 27th. I contacted your front desk staff every single day, and each time they logged a request in your system to send housekeeping. No one ever came. Over three consecutive days, my room received no cleaning service at all. This is a significant lapse in the basic cleanliness and hygiene standards I expected and paid for. Given that the service was promised, logged, and repeatedly not delivered, I am requesting a refund for the affected nights. Please let me know how you’ll resolve this.
