(Permit: 231143) This spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more. Relax in the backyard with a firepit, hot tub, outdoor shower, and BBQ. Best of all, the beach is just a couple minutes away! Perfect for families and friends seeking a coastal getaway. The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests \- 3 Bedrooms - Cal King, King, Queen, & Full sized beds (Queen + Full is a bunk bed). The primary bedroom & bunk room have standing desks and office chairs. Each bedroom has a tower fan. \- 2.5 bathrooms \- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. Walked to the beach several times a day because it was so close. They had a wagon and beach toys to haul our stuff to and from the beach.
