The receptionist and all staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. There is a travel desk at the ground floor and able to make last min tour arrangement. There are a few restaurant along the street in front of the hotel. Only negative point is the room seem a bit dated but the location and staff more than make up for it. Highly recommended hotel for 1st time traveller to Xi'An."
