Our overall experience was very good. The beds are firm, but we prefer a firmer bed. Bedding and towels were very clean and and of good quality. Staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet (included in our stay) with good options for both Chinese and Western food (some of the best bacon we've ever had!) Location is quite convenient being across the street from a subway station and reasonably close to some attractions (i.e. bell tower, drum tower, Muslim quarter, west gate of the city wall). The staffs are all very helpful especially Ms. Guo Ting and Ms. Liu Jia Lin who went the extra miles to help us navigating the food delivery and tickets service using the WeChat app. Even the chamber maid is very helpful.
