Very helpful staff and ideal location. Room had those extras that make stay special.

Probably the best hotel in the world! We had seen the pictures, but with a rather jaded view had imagined the use of Photoshop and fish eye lenses; but no!! It was every bit as impressive as the photos. Spotlessly clean and every conceivable convenience available in the room (including the first decaff coffee we'd seen in 3 weeks). The staff bent over backwards throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with taxis - writing destinations in Chinese for us,...

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great central location, just a short walk from the bell tower and no far from the Muslim quarters. The have some condos with the local pub and restaurants which makes you feel like you are in a local community. The facilities at the hotel were great and they have a beautiful terrace too. Totally recommended
