I booked 2 nights in a Club Room with Executive Lounge access. Due to availability, my 3rd (and final) night was going to be in a Balcony/Terrace room. Changing rooms didn't bother me. When checking in, they wanted to give me the (cheaper) Balcony/Terrace room for 3 nights. I told them I still wanted 2 nights in a Club Room with Exec Lounge access. I was told the Exec Lounge was closed as no staff turned up to work. I was supposed to have free access to food and beverages from 2 - 5pm. As the Exec Lounge was closed, I was told I could have a free coffee & cookie from the cafe instead. They would also wash 1 t-shirt free of charge per day. I was then told by a manager that he had worked there for over 10 years. At no time in that 10 years had the Exec Lounge been open! I took down 2 t-shirts to be washed (free of charge) and they wanted to charge me. Total CHAOS! The beds were as hard as a plank of wood and the rooms smelt like mildew. Carpet and furniture was quite dated, the bathroom door kept coming off the sliding tracks & water pressure was terrible. When I moved to the Balcony room, the new room also smelt like mildew & the bed was no softer. The concierge was always very helpful & obliging. In an excellent location. Around 8-minutes walk to the Bell Tower. Sembra particolarmente utilizzato per i viaggi di gruppo, probabilmente anche per la facilità di accesso e parcheggio. Ciò detto, si tratta di un hotel molto comodo, in posizione ottima (meno di un km dalla torre della campana, in pieno centro), vicino alla metropolitana ma in una zona meno trafficata.
