We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. However, and I know this is a family oriented property, dining area was a bit to be desired, as it was late in the evening and my husband and I was tired from touring. We wanted a nice quiet place to eat and the dining room was not.... a bit pricey as well. We ended up purchasing sandwiches from the grocery store connected to this building. The staff were well trained and actually listened to my requests when checking in. After a long week of noise, I was changed to a floor with fewer people and no tour groups.
