The room is very spacious, clean and attended daily by the housekeeping team. The rain shower was perfect and the bed very comfy. Nice breakfast with a good range of food to choose from. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being just three minutes walk from the Bell Tower. But what really stood out was the reception team. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and not even the language barrier was an issue for them, since we could easily communicate through translator apps. Very polite and always receiving guests with a smile, and that makes all the difference for good reasons. I totally recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Xi’an. Thanks for everything team.
