At both check-in and check-out the staff were very polite and professional and everything went smoothly. The room was as described and I was impressed by the number of buttons to control the lighting and even the curtains. This hotel even offers a pillow menu so that you can request a pillow with a certain filling if that is what you desire. The hotel is very close to Shaanxi History Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and is not very far from the city wall. However, because of traffic, the time to the city wall and city center is increased. It is a loooong bus ride to the terra cota warrior exhibition and some other sites. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent and the included breakfast buffet was excellent. We had trouble with our thermostat (too hot), otherwise the room was excellent.
