The plus side next to the RE museum, the park and finally the staff they were so friendly and tried to help. But that does not make up for the worn out rooms and public areas. Look likes it waiting to be demolished and houses built on the site. Anyone would think the owners could be property developers awaiting the green light. Not returning."

"The room we were put in at first wasn't the room we had booked. Upon immediately complaining to reception we were allocated a different room that was indeed an upgrade from what we had booked. The rest of the stay was very good with good food in the restaurant and a very good swimming pool."
