For breakfast, there was a wide range of options to choose from. The location is ideal close to restaurants the Sea life aquarium and Brighton Pier. We had an evening meal in the dining room, which was of excellent quality. The ambience in the restaurant was lovely. We were not disappointed, in fact Hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The grounds, including the country club, it’s worth walking around. The Ashdown Forest is a very beautiful setting , lots of walks."
