"Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"Brightonwave has everything you need and little that you don't need. Great location close to the shore and Brighton Palace Pier. Close to the action of Brighton, but still quiet. A short taxi ride from the train station (or 20 minute walk). A very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Pool Valley coach station (National Express buses to Gatwick and Heathrow). Richard and Simon are friendly and helpful and serve up a good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Can't go wrong here, if you can manage...

"Lovely room, bed was v comfortable. Small heater which worked well as room & bathroom were v cold when I arrived. Only complaint I have is that the keypads for the front door & the room doors are v loud, & woke me up during the night when people were coming & going in the early hours. Lots of noisy guests but that's no reflection on the hotel itself. Would stay again but would love it if those keypads weren't so noisy!"

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...
