I feel very comfortable staying here

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Couldn't fault it. Excellent hosts. Will definitely return.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

Hotel room and location was perfect. Really nice breakfast area overlooking a garden. Only downside was my requests for a crib was twice ignored and even then I got a broken crib

Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Fabulous location for an overnighter on our way home from holiday. Large comfy rooms, great breakfast, dinner in the bar was delicious. We even managed a swim before check out. Great stay

Stayed in the Victoria Suite overlooking the front. Large room, huge bathroom, everything spotless. Great shower, comfortable bed and good wifi in the room. Supplied with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Great breakfast and food in the bar in the evening was good. Staff really friendly. Absolutely no complaints at all will definitely stay again when in the area

Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again

We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x
