"Sam, the general manager greeted us warmly on arrival, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our courtyard room was clean and comfortable with a garden table just outside the door. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner and breakfast were both plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in the Mendips with dogs."

So helpful and took personal interest everything during the stay was ok. Property is well furnished and feels homely. Our room was spacious and well appointed.
