"We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but the staff worked hard to allow us into the room early. Upon return to our room after dinner, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom (as the extractor was blowing air in!), however Darrell noted the issue carefully for their maintenance team and moved us to another room immediately. Cottage room are very nice with own fire plce and comfy bed but smells old and damp would be nice to have some better ventilation there. Same as swimming pool and jacuzzi nice pool but very shallow, once you in jacuzzi is hard to breathe due to chlorine and bad ventilation.
