Only 2 real issues I had were the aircon instructions being quite difficult, and in the wet room/bathroom once I'd had a shower it wasn't particularly pleasant for the rest of the stay to have to walk on the wet floor to use the facilities."

"After 20 years of my last stay in this property, it was refreshing to see that they have not went down a notch. Rooms were uograded, restaurant was very nice, overall displayed a pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. This is a great place to stay next time you be in Heathrow airport."
