"Very convenient for flying from terminal 2."

"Beautiful hotel and a lovely stay despite ongoing construction works. We stayed on a Friday night and were mostly unaffected - some areas of the hotel were clearly ready to be updated but the facilities we used were brilliant. Our room was a river view and the balcony was not yet ready to be used. The room itself was a standard size but the cleanliness is what made it a great stay. We really appreciated the robes and slippers for using the onsite pool and spa. We absolutely loved the outdoor pool, it’s a shame we couldn’t use it past checkout time on our departure day as it had closed when we checked in on the Fri early evening. The breakfast is a higher price but we felt it was good value for money with what was available. We hope to visit again and make the most of the grounds and local area. Breakfast staff were the friendliest staff members we met during our stay. "

"Very nice property convenient few minute walk from Heathrow. Plenty of elevators always at the ready. Safe and secure property. Your room key must be used to access elevator. Check in staff was lovely. Nice atmosphere. Smoking section far away from entrances with seating area. Would definitely stay here again Bwr"

"The perfect stay for staying at terminal 4. A really convenient covered walk away to the terminal, great selection of breakfast included, super comfortable room. "

"Compared to other hotels near Heathrow it was reasonably priced. There’s a Piccadilly line station across the road from the hotel which is one stop away from the airport. Therefore no taxis required. I had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant, which was again quite reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if flying out early from Heathrow airport."
