"This is a lovely hotel , I did pay a lot more for my stay due to it hosting a major golf event .Even though it was at full capacity it's soo spacious it never felt hectic ..I must mention the fantastic staff ..from the cleaners to the bar staff this hotel is the friendliest ever ..The room was spotless , the bed super comfy ..very child/ dog friendly too ..All in all well done The Belfry ! I hope to be back one day ..Keep up the fab work . "

"Our room was quieter this time as it was on the opposite side of the hotel. Room seemed nicer. However, the room was very hot as no temperature control facilities in this room. We ate in the restaurant - the lamb shank was amazing. Pool and sauna etc were quiet which was nice."

"Room was nice and spacious, shower was a little tight for my partner (he is quite broad though Lol) and there was no bin in the bedroom although there was a little one in the bathroom. Outside of those factors... The room was lovely and clean... Staff even left a cute note on the desk for us : ) and were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"My stay at this hotel so far: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – A Charming Stay with Character A lovely olde worlde hotel that oozes charm and warmth, complemented by pleasant and attentive staff. The facilities are well-kept, and there are definite signs of a recent refurb, which adds a fresh touch while preserving its classic character. However, one can’t help but notice the very thin partition walls. Through them, one becomes intimately acquainted with the nocturnal habits of fellow guests—from robust ablutions to animated personal phone conversations. A group of women in a room quite a distance away could be heard cackling joyously well into the early hours, providing a sort of impromptu audio drama to lull one to sleep. Less entertaining was the gentleman holding court on his phone about a woman who, it seems, had flicked him off at the bar—she may well have been within earshot. Despite the unintended eavesdropping, this is a truly interesting and delightful place to stay. Full of character, quirks, and stories waiting to happen. It gets my five stars. 朗"
