Stayed a few times at the hotel but this time was disappointed with the service and the food, due to the weather being bad we decided to eat at the hotel, could not book into the restaurant as they were full all they could offer was to eat in the Hathaway bar which we did I ordered the chicken which took over half hour which was fine due to they had advised us when we ordered, when it arrived it was under cooked and had no taste was supposed to be lemon and thyme. This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

It's been great Comfortable enough Not overly expensive Came the week before Christmas so Christmas activities on, which my 3 year old loved! We're vegan and they accommodated for us at breakfast All the staff have been super lovely. For us/the price, so much easier than coming to Thomasland last year We'd stay here again Do have to pay for car parking (we paid £7 for both nights) which isn't obvious.

We booked on the day and stayed in a log cabin (there were lots of options available - shepherds huts, log cabins, glamping units etc with a range of different facilities like en-suite or hot tub etc, or you can stay in the Old Hall House) It was excellent value for money and the facilities and surroundings were brilliant. The restaurant was nice for breakfast which was included in the stay (£10 each). Lots of lovely walks in the woods and around the boating lake. Will definitely come again and...

An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy.
