"It’s good value for what it is; rooms are basic and clean. Perfectly comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Plenty of parking spaces. £22 for evening buffet which is not amazing, but not bad either. A decent gym, nice size swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are available and included in the price. Overall I’d stay here again."

"I was surprised to find out that you had to pay £5per day for using there car park even if you were staying or visiting hotel also the room don’t have usb sockets in the room so make sure you bring a plug. I am a diabetic and needed to keep injection in a fridge over the weekend guess what? No fridge in the room, you only get two English tea bags in the room and enough milk in the room for two cups of tea the room, the second day we got more milk but no more tea bags, for the price you pay for staying at the hotel you would expect the thing’s above to be part of the booking. "

"Free parking is always nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms are dated with small tv screens. Pool is small and only given 30 mins slots."

"We got moved room at midnight, and had to move all of our belongings because the power in our room wasn't working, which was an issue the desk knew about when they gave us the room. Then, when I attempted to get a refund on the room for the night, we were offered free breakfast, but the lady on the desk was desperate to haggle down the number of days we got it for. Just felt very cheap and really made us not enjoy the stay."

"We stayed here before but things gone downhill. The breakfast was not that hot. We had a AV car. Non EV cars were parked in the Charging points. The staff said they could match registration numbers to guests. I asked them to put a note on their windscreen. Nothing done. Very annoying. No mirror in dressing table. Small attentions to details gone x. Staff were on the surface great x"

"We recently stayed at The Woburn Hotel (Luxury Cottage) and unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The staff, bar and food were all very good. However, the issue was with the accommodation itself. When booking, the photos on Expedia gave the impression that the cottages had similar features, particularly the room with the freestanding bath at the end of the bed. It is not made clear that there are multiple different cottages with completely different layouts, so we reasonably believed the photos were of the same cottage. The room we received was very different from what the images suggest. The overall condition of the cottage was also disappointing. It felt quite outdated, slightly dingy, and not particularly clean or well maintained — not what we expected from a “Luxury Cottage”. The bathroom was the worst part, with visible rust, limescale, mould, dirt and marks on the bath. It did not feel clean or well looked after. We raised this at checkout and also through Expedia. Expedia have been helpful, but the hotel has ignored all communication from both us and Expedia, which is very disappointing. We are simply seeking a partial refund and acknowledgement, but due to the lack of response, we would not recommend based on this experience."

"Breakfast is carnage on a weekend. Staff worked hard to clear tables and replenish the food. However the food area is far too small to cope comfortably with the number of people."
