I had a prolapsed disc and the duty manager was brilliant and placed my room on ground floor. However I could not order food service via the laptop and had to walk to restaurant, the service was very poor, the staff were brilliant but quite clearly under staffed. A very poor decision to make staff redunadant due to covid as the hotel is now under staffed
