"There is almost never anyone at reception so you have to wait five or 10 minutes. I booked a privilege room that supposed to have free bottles of water in the fridge. There were none, I called reception and asked for some to be brought to me, nothing happened. On my way out two hours later, I spoke to a different person at reception who was quite polite and told me she will ask house keeping again. I was very surprised that in the 24 hours I was in the hotel, I didn’t have any water whatsoever. Terrible in my view. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work in the hottest weekend of the year. All in all, very disappointed."

"The hotel is very nicely presented, art deco type of style to it. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful and food very good, highly recommend eating here. Our main issue was the total lack of hanging space in the room, no wardrobe or hooks to hang anything. We were attending a funeral & had nowhere to hang out suits. Bathroom also has no space to put washbags."
