The photos on the website are misleading — the rooms are much smaller than they appear, and there’s barely any space to store luggage. The location, however, is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the train station is only a block away. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, which was appreciated

Unfortunately it was a bad experience, i have booked a presidential suite #1310 it’s the best they have it suppose to have a sofa bed for my adult daughter traveling with me and surprisingly it was just abed and a sofa without a bed and we had a bad experience with the staff for hours, they tried to supplement another room #1209 at midnight unfortunately it was dirty that we couldn’t stay and left it telling everyone in the hotel they act surprised but nothing happens . I was recommended this hotel by Exp

Very close to Paddington station, which is good for transport, but noisy. Basic for a nights sleep, but not a longer stay.
