"Not so good, the idea of a kitchen and a bit of communal space seems nice, but kitchen dirty and no furniture to sit on and eat at. Room was ok, but nothing to sit at in there either. "Apartment was ok. Not the cleanest especially the cutlery, cups and plates and bathroom was not very clean. No dishwasher as stated on the booking. "My stay was for Business for two nights. "I had a prolapsed disc and the duty manager was brilliant and placed my room on ground floor. However I could not order food service via the laptop and had to walk to restaurant, the service was very poor, the staff were brilliant but quite clearly under staffed. "I was working 1mile from hotel so location was key. A few nice pubs nearby - 10/15 minute walk. Very comfy hotel and big bed.
