With enchanting expanses of picturesque countryside and a smattering of bustling, friendly towns, Bedfordshire's an attractive place to visit. Throw into the mix the wealth of attractions and the short journey from London and it's easy to understand why the county is so popular with holidaymakers. Thanks to its stunning landscapes, Bedfordshire is particularly popular with golfers. Among the best courses in the county is Colmworth and North Bedfordshire Golf Club, which is flanked by some of the most exquisite hotels in Bedfordshire.
The Complete Package
Beyond the beautiful and lovingly maintained 72 par, 18-hole course at the Colmworth and North Bedfordshire Golf Club, the site has a good deal more to offer.
Golfers have the choice of playing 9, 12 or 18 holes, or can step on to the par 3-pitch and put course for a few practice swings. There's a putting green to help keep scores low, as well as a driving range for those who might not have the time for the full 18.
The well-equipped clubhouse at Colmworth and North Bedfordshire Golf Club is an excellent place to relax with some refreshments after a round, but it also offers a number of function rooms, ideal for corporate events and parties.
The club offers three rooms to choose from. Two theatre style rooms offer seating for up to 80 guests, with excellent views out across the course. Adjacent to them both is a more intimate room, suited to parties of around 30. In addition to catering facilities, the club also offers AV equipment for conferences.
With easy access to the A1, A14 and M1, getting your guests to Colmworth and North Bedfordshire Golf Club couldn't be simpler. There's also plenty of free parking right outside.
