"This hotel is a gem in the center of Vienna! Location is great- service, atmosphere, breakfast is amazing! They even have an umbrella in the room in case you need it for your stay! We were going to have to buy one, but this was great! Just one comment that you should know- showers come with a wonderful tub- but it’s VERY high and for some- may be difficult to get into the shower / tub combo! You may ask if there are other rooms with different shower styles! Other than that, PERFECT! Book it! "

"Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place. "

"We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna. Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night. That aside, the apartment was very clean and very convenient, in a quiet residential area opposite St Elisabeth Church. Easy...
