The hotel was in a convenient location for accessing the train station and the city centre (about a 20 minute walk). It was also very close to the Belvedere for visiting the museum and gardens. I would definitely stay again if I am back in Vienna!

Friendly staff and clean rooms, many grocery shops around, coffee shops and restaurants as well. Less than 20 minutes walk to Stephansplatz. I'll stay here again!

The room was bigger than what we expected and pretty much close to everything you wish for especially for moving around the city as the Grand Central Station is close by. I would definity come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Staff members, Khalid, Anna were very helpful. They changed my room due to AC issues with the first room. Unfortunately the second room AC worked only one day. The next day it becomes warm. In room temperature can't get below 28C. Free coffee for all guests is great. But we won't be back. Can't sleep in hot summer without a proper working AC
