It was a quick stay but well worth it. I came in around 10 pm and left on the airport shuttle around 4:30 am. The receptionist was very helpful, you can check in with or without their help. Very nice room.

The front desk staff were excellent and helped us with our check-in, rather than having to wait to self check-in. This hotel has most of what one needs at an airport hotel. Excellent breakfast. Bar and food such as pizza. Free airport shuttle every 20 minutes 24/7 which meant we were able to catch the shuttle from the airport train station to the hotel as well as take the shuttle for our flight next day. We enjoyed our brief stay!

It is so easy to get to the hotel with the shuttle bus from the airport. Delicious breakfast with lots of food options. The hotel is brand new and everything looks so good, very clean. Comfortable bed.

The best thing is airport shuttle for every 20 minutes running by airport, not by the hotel. So it’s easy for us to move between hotel and airport. Place is clean, just no shops nearby, we went to airport for dinner.

Cheap for a reason. Although it is a beautiful and new, the AC didn’t cool down the room at all. They seem to be short staffed as well since the bar is advertised 24/7 but they don’t have a bartender so the reception worker was trying to figure it out. The shuttle gets very full but we didn’t have to wait longer than 5-10 mins at any time for one to come which was a plus. It is very close and convenient location to the airport.

This hotel served its purpose exactly the way that I wanted it to! I had an early flight and needed to be located near the airport and they had a free shuttle to the airport that ran every 10 minutes in the morning. Check-in was all self-service, but staff would help in order to make the process more smoothly. The rooms were VERY clean and modern. I wish that they had a restaurant at the hotel, but since it’s a “smart” hotel, they had a machine that served a limited amount of bowls. You order and then watch the robot arm mix your ingredients in a bowl. If you ordered a hot bowl, then you have to put it in the microwave to heat it up. Other food options are ordering a pizza from the bar or ordering from a food app. This is an airport hotel, so, like other places, it is located far from the center of the city.

Leonardo Smart Hotel (stay in Vienna) was great. The facility is very new - so new the airport information wasn’t familiar with them. They are just a short hop from the Airport Bus (24/7) loop, which stops just a few short steps to entry. Comfy rooms are just the beginning. Staff were very helpful and this was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. The price is great too, so might be worth it if you intend to be sightseeing around Vienna all day and just need a good bed and shower to recharge for the next day.
