Everything about this hotel was superb. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even down to the cleaning staff who cleaned and left fresh towels every day. The rooms are beautiful- relatively simple but very clean and modern and finished to a high standard. The tablet with free wifi in room was a nice touch for helping locate places nearby to visit. Extremely comfortable bed & large walk-in rainfall shower. Fab location- less than a minutes walk to tube station and less than 10min ride into the centre. Extremely good value for money, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Vienna!
I booked this as a break for my husbands bday with friends. It was perfect!! The price was so good I was worried what it was going to be like but could not have been better. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and could even order eggs as you like them. We ate in the restaurant which did not disappoint. My friend and I loved the champagne offer with canapés 9e 😊. Was easy to get about as the underground station was right outside too which was very handy. Had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.
Excellent accomodation, clean and convenient. A liitle hard to find on arrival as it is located at the back of a thoroughfare. However other than that it is well situation for a visit to the centre of Vienna. It was very cold in Vienna but the heating in the hotel was excellent. We did not have breakfast. It was a little expensive at €22. There is a very good bread shop nearby where we enjoyed a good breakfast at a reasonable price. I would use this hotel again if visiting Vienna.
Rooms was large and clean and bright. Good bed, very clean bathroom with shower large enough for 2!!!! Wi-fi , lobby bar, inside court, large breakfast room. Gluten-free available upon request. Grocery 2 min. Subway 4 min. 20min. Walk to downtown. (Circle) Staff very Nice & helpfull.
Great location. Central, next to a metro station and tram station. Walking distance to city center. Right on the main shopping street.
Outstanding staff. Attentive, welcoming, smiling, helpful.
Very good breakfast.
Large rooms compared to European standard.
Overall, for the rate we paid, this is exceptional value for our money.
Just southwest of Vienna's historical center, the Mariahilf district is home to the festive, sprawling Naschmarkt, an open-air market selling fresh produce from around the world, exotic spices, cheese, baked goods, meats, and seafood. Al fresco dining ads to the fun. Mariahilfer Strasse, the city's main shopping street, forms the district's northern border.
