We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, and the location, as well as they expected us with a small water bottle and some Viennese chocolates, thank you! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean (albeit the sink was cracked)
I’m afraid this is where the praises stop, as we stayed in the second wing (room 332). The corridors have tiles, which make them very noisy, the lift is a joke, used by the service team and grossly outdated. The room’s AC is working with a ventilo convection machine that is far from intuitive, and the doors close with a bang (amplified by the corridor tiles)
The windows are not great at soundproofing, especially with a bar across the street.
