We stayed in this glorious hotel overnight as a family of three plus our dog. We had the most wonderfully warm welcome upon our arrival and this was further enhanced by the rustic charm that this lovely hotel exuded by way of its decor. We adore a vintage aesthetic so its appearance resonated with us immediately. Super convenient as part of the airport/train station complex, able to wheel the airport trolley (costs £1) from collecting our bags from our flight to actually inside the hotel room (as advised by reception staff as a possibility) & then the following morning to the side of the train.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

This was better and cheaper than a boring Premier Inn. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a change from the Purple Palace. Free parking near to the entrance. The food was nice at the restaurant, and the staff are lovely. The room was nice and big. Like most places, the drinks are quite expensive, £3 for a medium sized lemonade. £5.50 for a pint of lager.

Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Amazing value for money. Was able to check in early which was a huge bonus. Room very clean. Large room. Overlooking the Echo arena and wheel. Perfect location. Discounted parking. Great selection of breakfast, constantly being refilled.

I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates! Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Pool and changing areas great. Bar area was lovely. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Would definitely go again.

A great find and ideal for an airport stay. Great bar area, restaurant is also good and staff were great. Parking a bit pricey but similar to others at the airport.

Great little hotel, with friendly staff, good sized room. The room was well kept and clean. There's a nice park right next to the hotel.

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble. Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.
