"Paid £74 for a room with no kettle or TV, and wasn't even ensuit, so for me the price was about £24 too much, the bathroom was right next to my room, and the girl in another room was in and out to the bathroom all night, and then decided she was going to have a shower at 6.30am and then dry her hair, the room was comfortable and there was a kitchen and TV downstairs but nowhere to sit and watch TV as. The 1 armchair was covered in laundry and I didn't fancy sitting on a stool at the kitchen...

"The house is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great too! It was a lovely touch that items for cleaning up (washing up liquid, sponges, kitchen cleaner etc.) were within the property. The only negative would be that the towels provided were only small ones, 1 per person and flannels. "

"The hayloft gave our 2 families enough flexibility and space to be really comfortable. The bedrooms had ample storage and everything looked fresh and clean. Staying so close to a pool meant that the children were able to have fun before and after a day out. The owners were friendly and invited us to explore the farm where the five dogs led us on a walk up along a stream and back, as long as we threw enough sticks for them to catch! "Wonderful old house on great surrounds, although off a busy road. Unfortunately, kitchen not up to standard due to cleanliness and overall dirt everywhere. Oven desperately needs a good clean. Also plagued with flies seemingly living within the wall cervices. We enjoyed our stay after giving the place (kitchen in particular) a good clean."
