The hotel is a definite 11/10 it is stunning. The fact that it is only 2 minutes from the shops and 10 minutes walk to the lake makes it even better and the views are incredible. Breakfast was perfect as well and the staff were fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Really lovely B&B, very friendly and welcoming hosts. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you could need. It was unfortunately raining and misty when we were there but the surroundings are lovely and the perfect place to enjoy a rainy afternoon! Delicious food - would definitely recommend.

This is in the most beautiful location and the staff are so helpful and the breakfast was amazing. You have parking facilitates and they gave us the most yummy flapjack on arrival. I lovely place to stay and feel comfortable with lovely residents.

This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.

A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We travelled with our two year old and the property had plenty of space for her to run round in, as well as toddler cutlery/plates, a high chair, travel...

The facilities were very good and the owners were very welcoming and left a basket of snacks, wine, bread and milk. Thank you

A lovely welcome, wonderful breakfast and delicious piece of cake ‘for the road’

For accommodation with only 4 rooms this hotel offers every facility that ten plus room establishments do. We stayed in the annex and I was not only impressed with the standard of the room finish but also the added extras , like bone china cups, bottled water and slippers provided. The food was all freshly prepared and made to order by the in house chef and every dish was cooked to perfection.

This hotel is a gem of a find with the most amazing staff, restaurant and beautifully decorated rooms. It should be a least 4 star and I cannot rave enough about it , thank u to all the amazing staff at MELBREAK

Very convenient , quiet location, easily walkable to the town centre, lake and bus station. Friendly, helpful staff, and beautiful mountain view from our bedroom window. Hope to go back again soon!
