"Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas."

"Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. "Our family LOVED the accommodation to your beautiful home. The back yard was a HIT! Full sun exposure, the pool was amazing and we LOVED the hot tub for an evening soak with an outside TV. "The house was gorgeous and extremely well stocked . Monique was a pleasure to deal with and provided timely responses to any questions we had. Unfortunately we could not use the pool as the weather was colder than anticipated. I would highly recommend this property for a family with older children or adults. The only recommendation would be to add handrail to go into the pool for older guests."

"Our stay here was exactly as advertised and more! Perfect house - the layout fit our group perfectly even though we didn't use 2 of the smaller rooms. One couple decided to have a little more privacy and stay in adjacent Casita. The pool area with the grotto, hot tub and bar/grill got a lot of use. Loved how the large master suites opened up to the pool patio. The inside with large dining kitchen with the pool table had it all - even a separate refrigerator for more beverages. Everyone loved it....
