"Over the past 10 years we have stayed on and off at the PARK Plaza hotel we find it conveniently located to restaurants walking attractions and mostly due to the fact this hotel is very clean and has excellent customer service. I have a disability, and I feel that I am respected and cared for with courtesy."

"It was very good. Really comfortable and the room was clean. The beds were comfy. But would be nicer if we had extra curtains or windows are tinted? as the room we stayed in was right opposite the offices, anyone can look righr in. Also the shower head was broken so water was spraying everywhere. But in general it was very nice. I would like to stay there again next time. "
