Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.

Clean, modern, easy check in process

Fantastic stay and facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed out little hideaway. This place is a hidden gem and we definitely will be back. Only downfalls are the fact that it isn't advertised so well as this property has huge potential, gym is a little on the small side and it most definitely could do with a onsite restaurant for gain revenue for the place to maximise the income but it didnt effect our stay as we had all the facilities we needed in our lodge and planned on going out anyhow.

All very good. Unfortunately the fan couldn't cope with the high temperature, and a summer weight duvet would have been better. Would certainly go again

Really nice modern hotel. My room was spotlessly clean and the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The bar area and restaurant looked nice and was really busy, although I didn’t get chance to use them. Only thing I was disappointed with was that the room has no window, just a skylight in the roof. I don’t remember seeing a mention of this when I booked it (unless I missed it). Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

I stayed for one night. The check in and check out were super easy and everything was explained. The apartment had everything you needed. Ironing board and all. I have already booked my next stay as the location is next door to the Mailbox and a 5 minute walk from New Street.

Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby. Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of...
