"Staff were very helpful, we had an incident with my lipstick on our bedroom carpet, the staff were amazing at sorting this out - unfortunately the carpet was probably the thing which let this stay down, as it was a bit worse for wear. However, the rest of the room and hotel was very nice. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice of both cold and hot food. "

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we had breakfast before we left, which had a good range of food and drinks."
