"This was a great place for our family to stay in London. Easy access to the tube and a great walk over Tower Bridge. Highly recommend this location, especially for first timers. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street too. Staff are so nice and everything exceeded our expectations! "

"Great place and location. Everything is new, loved being able to sit on the roof terrace in the evening. My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay."

"Great amenities in the room, delicious breakfast which is cooked to order and restaurant quality and very helpful staff. Loved all the little touches like chilled water by the lifts and pillow spray by the bed. Brilliant location, very short walk to Tower Hill station but very quiet and tucked away. "
