He showed us how to use the Tube and actually walked us to the station, made restaurant reservations for us & was just very helpful and amiable. Liked that the Tube was so close and the many beautiful landmarks close by so that one could just walk to them. The food at dining room was very good, just felt place was a little understaffed for so many people. Otherwise, this hotel was excellent. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"A really good no frills stay in London, we were visiting Victoria park so it was a 15 minute walk away and the hotel is right by Bethnal Green underground. Small rooms but perfect for what we needed in a 1 night stay, surprisingly quiet at night, all good!"
