Nice ambience, very clean, comfortable beds, really good breakfast

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. Really good stay and central

Hotel was very nice staff polite down side of my stay was you have to pay £10 for parking and another £15 each to use the spa downstairs

The hotel was lovely, slightly run down in places but very clean and comfortable The staff are very friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. We had breakfast both days and dinner one day

Was upgraded to a ocean view room for free by the lovely Akshay, he and other staff were brillant looking after us so many thanks too them. Hotel close to the beach so couldn't ask for more, Hotel was nice and clean, Breakfast was brillant too as had Gluten free options. Only negativity i think price is bit steep for a night compare to other hotels but would i stay again in the same hotel again ? Off course 👍

Helpful and friendly staff. Managed to leave my keys in the hotel room after a 4 hour drive back home. Staff managed to post them back to me, much obliged!

We loved this hotel and its central location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the added plus of having air conditioning made our stay even better. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed drinks in the quiet garden in the evening. The only negative was the breakfast experience. The standard of the food and the selection was very good but the whole dining experience could be improved. The buffet was never fully stocked and we had to wait for food on each of the four mornings...

i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

Reception and restaurant staff were really helpful, friendly and Welcoming. Room was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be returning soon.

Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.
