Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

As please as I was with the hotel and accommodation, I was shocked to find this hotel was for naturists, which was not mentioned on the Hotel.com website, as you can imagine I was very shocked when accessing the bar and spa area to find naked people walking about and sat in the hot tub!! Will not be returning and am reluctant to trust other items on the website.

Stayed a few times at the hotel but this time was disappointed with the service and the food, due to the weather being bad we decided to eat at the hotel, could not book into the restaurant as they were full all they could offer was to eat in the Hathaway bar which we did I ordered the chicken which took over half hour which was fine due to they had advised us when we ordered, when it arrived it was under cooked and had no taste was supposed to be lemon and thyme. We up graded our room this time...

Have stayed here on a regular basis and always happy to return , the staff are exceptional , Hamed on reception always professional polite and happy to help , Faz “the legend” is a star in the restaurant and the chefs are amazing , I tried the new menu tonight with a friend and the salmon dish and buttermilk chicken was divine !
Rooms always clean and comfortable , it’s a home from home and nothing is too much trouble
