"Great breakfast, great staff They need to upgrade their elevators to be smart enough. At the moment the elevators are dumb ones and stop at every floor even when there is no room. Install / upgrade elevators to be smart "

"I recommend this hotel. It’s was 10 out 10… the desk crew was very polite and made sure I had my room on time because I got there early. The bar area 10 and cleanness of hotel 10…. Love it because it was steps from the Barrymore theater where I was in town for Broadway play. "

"Rude staff! I have stayed here before and it’s been okay- not great, but after this last stay, I will definitely not be coming back. Unfortunately I got very ill during my most recent visit and I called guest services to ask if I had some things delivered from the drug store could they be brought up to my room. They said yes. When my items showed they had been delivered, I called back down to guest services and they connected me with the front desk. The person who answered literally told me “nope” when I asked about my items being brought up to my room. She was beyond rude and told me it was against policy and didn’t care what guest services had told me. I couldn’t believe how rude she was- turned me off to this hotel for good. "

"This was a wonderful property even if there were few amenities. Everything was clean and functional, the beds were comfortable. The price was right so it was fine not having a microwave or frodge"

"The service was exceptional. Really nice people who make everything great. The room was very clean and lovely, super shower, comfortable bed and the size was perfectly fine for the location. The lobby playing jazz is very classy. Oh - the location!! We had drinks on the roof bar, ate at the Mexican restaurant and so easy to walk to 100's of restaurants and attractions. We will stay there again."
