"Really enjoyed our stay, the lodge was bigger the we thought it would be. Lovely and clean with lots of outside space. Nice big new tv (we could get the dvd to work, need a different lead) but that was find as the weather was lovely so dint watch too much tv."

"We stayed at Cockleshell Lodge for 10 days in November and had a fabulous time. The lodge is right on the waters edge and we would have paid for the view alone. It is absolutely stunning. There are dog walks straight from the lodge and no need to get the car ut all around the Ballimore Estate and we met the "Lady of the House" who told us some interesting facts about the estate. "Great location for peace and quiet, lovely chalet, well equipped and very modern, it was great"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done."

"As advertised Patrick’s home is right on the water. It was great seeing Dolphins playing in the morning. We took the ferry with our car and it was great. The house was spacious and very clean. It takes a bit to get the various European electrical devises figured out but we managed well. The hiking in the area was fabulous. Pucks Glen is a must see for anyone. It is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been."
