"Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"Absolutely terrible property and awful experience. Arrived to a dirty and unkempt house. Strong smell of gas in the kitchen. Ancient boiler with a sticker on it saying service due in 2004! Radiators on full blast and could not be turned off - no thermostatic valves. Mould on the ceiling and wall in one bedroom. Window fixings falling apart. Showers in the bathrooms were filthy.
