Stonethwaite Barn, Dalston - a luxurious, dog friendly barn

10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at Stonethwaite Barn this weekend! The barn is very spacious and stylish, with excellent facilities. I was especially impressed with the kitchen as it was kitted out with everything you could possibly need. We loved the garden area with the outdoor bath, this is a really unique feature. We enjoyed visiting the start of Hadrian's Wall at Bowness-on-Solway and had a beautiful walk along the estuary. We will be back!"

10/10 Excellent
"What a wonderful lodge. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and so relaxing. The large garden was great for our dog to explore . The location is convenient to explore the northern lakes and the solway fifth. 10-15minute drive to the M6 . 20 minutes to Gretna . Lots to see and do within a very short distance . The lodge is also a great place to relax in the peace and quiet, sit in the garden with a good book. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked for next year."
