"I liked the hotel in terms of its central location in Birmingham, its cleanliness and helpful staff. I think the breakfast was fine but not the best. I was also surprised that anyone can use the lifts without needing to swipe their room card key. I think this needs addressing for security."

"Had a mini break for my birthday weekend. Great service and amenities. Only thing I didnt like was that my room had an ejoining door and the other guest tried to knock/open twice...if you have those rooms they should ne for large occupancy guests."
